Comparisons
Comparisons are FORGE’s signature feature. Create a polished side-by-side view of trip options and let your clients vote for their favorite.
Creating a Comparison
- Go to Options Library
- Select 2-3 options using the checkboxes
- Click Create Comparison
- Enter a title (e.g., “Johnson Family Hawaii Options”)
The Client View
When you share a comparison link, your client sees:
- Side-by-side cards showing each option
- Key details like price, dates, and inclusions
- Vote buttons to select their preferred option
- Your branding (logo and tagline if configured in Settings)
Clients don’t need to create an account. They simply click the link and vote.
Sharing with Clients
From any comparison, you can:
- Copy Link — Get a shareable URL to send via email or text
- Email Directly — Send from FORGE with a customizable message
Tracking Votes
When a client votes:
- You’ll see a “Voted” badge on the comparison
- The detail view shows which option they chose
- Notes or comments from the client appear in the comparison
Editing Comparisons
Click any comparison to:
- Update the title
- Add or remove options (up to 3)
- Change display settings
- View vote results
After the Vote
Once your client votes, you can:
- Proceed with booking their preferred option
- Create an Itinerary from the winning option
- Request a Payment for your planning fee
