Manually:- Go to CRM section
- Click + New
- Enter client details
- Click Import
- Upload your CSV file
- Map columns to FORGE fields
- Review and confirm

Client Information
For each client, you can track:- Contact details — Name, email, phone
- Tags — VIP, family, honeymoon, etc.
- Notes — Preferences, important dates, trip history
- Linked trips — Comparisons and itineraries for this client
The Power of Notes
Notes are the heart of FORGE CRM. Use them to remember:- “Prefers oceanview cabins”
- “Anniversary is June 15”
- “Allergic to shellfish”
- “Loved the Alaska cruise last year”
Linking Trips to Clients
When creating comparisons or itineraries, you can link them to a client. This:- Shows the trip in the client’s profile
- Helps you track their trip history
- Enables AI to provide personalized context
Searching Clients
Use the search bar to find clients by:- Name
- Tags
- Notes content
