FORGE CRM is built for relationships, not pipelines. Track client preferences, trip history, and important notes — not sales funnels.

Adding Clients

Manually:
  1. Go to CRM section
  2. Click + New
  3. Enter client details
Import from CSV:
  1. Click Import
  2. Upload your CSV file
  3. Map columns to FORGE fields
  4. Review and confirm

Client Information

For each client, you can track:
  • Contact details — Name, email, phone
  • Tags — VIP, family, honeymoon, etc.
  • Notes — Preferences, important dates, trip history
  • Linked trips — Comparisons and itineraries for this client

The Power of Notes

Notes are the heart of FORGE CRM. Use them to remember:
  • “Prefers oceanview cabins”
  • “Anniversary is June 15”
  • “Allergic to shellfish”
  • “Loved the Alaska cruise last year”
When you use the AI Builder with a client selected, FORGE can pull relevant notes to help personalize suggestions.

Linking Trips to Clients

When creating comparisons or itineraries, you can link them to a client. This:
  • Shows the trip in the client’s profile
  • Helps you track their trip history
  • Enables AI to provide personalized context

Searching Clients

Use the search bar to find clients by:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Tags
  • Notes content
